production method | 1. tobacco: OR,44;BU,26; synthesis: made from oxidized castor oil or castor oleic acid or cyclooctane. 2. Preparation method: In a reaction bottle equipped with a stirrer and a reflux condenser, 136g(1.0mol) of octononitrile (2) and 1800mL of 50% (mass fraction) sulfuric acid are added, and heated and refluxed for 10h under stirring. Solids are precipitated after cooling. Filtration, washing with water, and then recrystallization with acetone to obtain (1)156g,mp141~142 ℃, 90% yield. [1] |
